Does the empty slots (2, 7, 9, 11 and 13) refer to the free-to-air networks?

Lima and Zárate, early 2000s Due to the Locomotion logo w/o letters variant, I laughed at its Bart-looking symbol FOR EVEN MINUTES.

A random VTR Cablexpress headend. I don't know where is this from, probably from a city where the terrestrial channels were grouped in odd numbers (3-5-7-9-11-13) and where Rock & Pop Televisión wasn't available. Judging from the TV Azteca-influenced logo La Red had (resembling a 4), I guess this is from 1998. 2 - Cinecanal 4 - local 6 - Cartoon Network 8 - Discovery Channel 10 - ESPN 11 - Cinemax 12 - HBO 15 - UCTV 16 - TVN 17 - Megavisión 18 - Chilevisión 19 - La Red 20 - América Sports 21 - FOX Sports Américas 22 - Space 23 - I-SAT 24 - FOX 25 - Sony 26 - TNT 27 - Warner Channel 28 - Discovery Kids 29 - MTV 30 - TVE Internacional 31 - Antena 3 Internacional 32 - CNN International 33 - CBS Telenoticias 34 - CNN en español 35 - GEMS 36 - América Internacional 37 - MGM Family 38 - Casa Club TV 39 - FOX Kids 40 - Cámara de Diputados 41 - Deutsche Welle 42 - Nickelodeon 42 - ATC At least 35 channels, how European and how fome of them Source: Finally found it, could be San Fernando-Curicó

Multiseñal Uruguay - June 2004. No channel numbers. Using the Internet Archive, I have to hover several pages to check what is the channel. Listed by genre instead. MOVIES: HBO, Cinemax, Space, I.Sat, Cinecanal SPORTS: VTV (Ver Televisión), ESPN, Fox Sports, TyC Sports SERIES: Warner Channel, Sony Entertainment Television (of course, not the Indian one), Fox CHILDREN'S: Nickelodeon (possibly?) Fox Kids in the brink of being replaced by Jetix worldwide, Discovery Kids DOCUMENTARIES: Discovery Channel, A&E Mundo MUSIC: MTV NEWS: Todo Noticias, TVE Internacional Source: web.archive.org/web/20040605013922/https://www.multisenal.com.uy/ (click all genres)
