What it says. Channels that aren't owned by Disney, WarnerMedia/Turner and Viacom that air animation and don't fit on either category.

Bolajon is still airing The New Adventures of Winnie the Pooh featuring an old Playhouse Disney bug. I guess they made the "dub" (though it's more of a voiceover) over copies of the series they found online years ago. With thanks to Kee Nash W on the official Discord server.

It's amazing to see how that edition bought me more info about a "Panda Club" in China that ran alongside a Dragon Club (that I already know of) on local TV stations (Beijing TV, Shanghai TV, etc.): "NEW YORK (AP) _ Children in China soon will be able to tune into cartoons and other television fare for the first time on a daily basis, two U.S. companies announced Tuesday. ″The Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog″ and ″Madeline″ will be among the programs offered on the Dragon Club and Panda Club services to be offered by DIC Entertainment and ABC Cable and International Broadcast Group. The Dragon Club, which airs Sept. 19, will be offered seven days a week, two hours a day on 80 percent of cable outlets in China, DIC and ABC Cable said in a statement. The Panda Club, which airs Oct. 3, will be broadcast five days a week, one hour a day by four of China’s five major regional broadcasters. Both services will carry ads and both will be in Mandarin. Programs will initially come from the libraries of ABC and DCI. Locally produced cartoons and live action programs will be developed later. Xialoin Chen and Jun Tang, both former executives of China Films, acted as consultants for the deal, the two U.S. companies said in a statement. ABC Cable and International Broadcast Group, of New York, is a division of Capital Cities-ABC Inc., a large media company. DIC Entertainment, based in Burbank, Calif., produces children’s cable, television and home video programs." So a couple days back Canal Panda aired the Super Wings episode where they go to Porto. I didn't watch it (I don't even watch Super Wings in the first place) and some people were complaining about the dub or something.
